Terms of Use

A clear summary of how the portal, avatars and visual resources may be used.

V. 2026-08-31-v1

These conditions are intended to keep the use of Azuna simple and respectful. They define how the portal and its resources may be used without transferring ownership of the materials made available through it.

1. Purpose and access

Azuna Portal provides authorized users with tools to configure and use Azuna, manage their channel and access visual or audiovisual resources enabled for their account. Access is personal and must be used responsibly.

2. Intellectual property

The portal interface, avatars, illustrations, designs, animations, logos, texts and other visual or audiovisual resources may be protected by intellectual or industrial property rights and belong to Azuna, its collaborators or their respective rights holders. Viewing or using them through the platform does not transfer ownership of those rights.

3. Use of avatars and visual resources

Resources enabled in an account are licensed for use through Azuna and its authorized tools. They may be shown in streams, videos, classes, presentations or other content created using Azuna. Unless expressly authorized, they may not be extracted, redistributed, resold, published as independent asset packs, presented as the user’s own original designs or used to create copies intended for distribution outside the service.

4. Third-party content

Some resources may come from collaborators or third parties. In those cases, the rights and conditions established by their respective holders also apply. Azuna may limit or remove access to a resource when necessary to protect those rights or comply with applicable obligations.

5. Account and channel

The user is responsible for the information entered in the portal and for keeping access to their account secure. Registering a channel only authorizes Azuna to use the permissions and configuration needed to provide the enabled service features.

6. Updates to these terms

These conditions may be updated when the portal or its services change. When a new acceptance is required, the portal may ask the user to review and accept the current version before continuing with the affected feature.
